Crazy Simpson’s Theme Guitar Performance

I’ve seen several players use the two handed style of guitar playing (a la Stanley Jordon) but nothing like the example below with two different guitars. This configuration provides a more ergonomic approach than a single guitar and also provides the opportunity for different tones for the right and left hand.

With such a solution the tone of each guitar can be optimized to accommodate the left hand, which is generally acting as the rhythm section (bass/chords) and, the right hand, which is playing the melody/lead, generally on the upper frets. Regardless, the performance below is awesome. Enjoy.
