I’m a big Chipotle fan. The combination of flavors in a burrito bol with black beans, guac, mild and medium salsa, cheese and lettuce is simply unbeatable. I think the key is the rice. It has a perfect combination of lemon and cilantro that dances across my taste buds like a delicate ballerina pointing across the stage of the Balshoi.
Until now, Chipotle seemed relatively healthy. Of course there is a lot of fat in the cheese, sour cream and guacamole, but that never dissuaded me (and it still won’t). Isn’t the fat in guacamole supposed to be good for you? Anyway, find out the nutritional content of your favorite Chipotle meal here.
